1 What do we offer?

If you don’t have your own office, or you are on business in Budapest and need a place to work, HOM12 Home Office Master’s office (Mester utca 12, 1095 Budapest) is a friendly environment that feels like home and where you can find everything you need for your work.

You can choose from the following options:

  • Renting a desk (half day or full day): one chair, one desk, internet connection, printer usage and coffee. Choose one of the desks available in the chosen time slot.
  • Renting a meeting room (for one or more hours): if you need a meeting room (up to 4-10 people).

 

2 How to book?

You can make a booking with just a few clicks. To do so, click on BOOKING in the main menu, then select the day you want to come. You can then choose to rent a DESK or book a MEETING ROOM.

 

If you choose to book a DESK, you will need to select the time of day you wish to come (MORNING, AFTERNOON or ALL DAY). You can select the available desks (highlighted in green) in the floor plan that appears, or you can book several desks at once if you wish to book for others too.

 

To book a MEETING ROOM, you must first specify the number of hours you wish to book for and then choose from the available time slots offered by the system. You can then decide which of our meeting rooms you would like to book.

If you would like to make a booking for additional dates, click on BOOKING again and make a new booking going through the same steps as above.

 

3 How to confirm your booking?

When you have completed the booking process, under the total amount to be paid, you will see the CONFIRM BOOKING button. Clicking on it will take you to your basket if you have a booking to pay for, otherwise your booking will be immediately confirmed.

 

If you already have a booking in your basket, you can click on the BOOKINGS button (small calendar icon) in the MENU to see the bookings your have already made and those that are still pending. If you still have pending bookings (waiting to be confirmed), the CONFIRM BOOKING button and the total to be paid will appear here as well.

In the BASKET, you can review your pending bookings and if everything is in order, click on the PAY button to pay. If you want to change your bookings (cancel or add new ones), click on the MAKE ANOTHER BOOKING button to book new dates, or click on BOOKINGS where you can delete any dates you want to cancel by clicking on the small trash can icon.

After clicking on the PAY button, you can select the INVOICING ADDRESS from your previous list or enter a new one, then choose the payment method (currently you can pay by credit card or bank transfer with OTP SimplePay) and then review your bookings to be confirmed before you start the payment process.

If everything is in order, click on the CONFIRM ORDER button and you will be redirected to the payment page. After successful payment, your bookings will be processed and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you.

 

4 How to identify yourself on the site?

If you have an active booking, our colleagues will be happy to welcome you at HOM12 (Mester utca 12.,1095 Budapest) at the booked time(s).

All you have to do here is to take out your mobile phone, log in to our website, click on the QR CODE menu item (QR code icon on a laptop) and present the unique QR code to our colleague, who will scan it and upon successful identification, they will show you where the desk or meeting room you have booked is located. Of course, if you are a frequent visitor, you can also print your code in advance and use it to check in.

 

5 How to invite guests and make a booking for them?

If you want to book desks for your colleagues (for example, if your company is booking for colleagues or you are inviting a business partner/colleague to work with you), you can make additional bookings for them for the same time slot(s) as yours and invite them as GUESTS. If you are booking a meeting room, you can add and invite GUESTS up to the seating capacity of the meeting room.

As bookings are checked upon arrival, it is important that ALL VISITORS HAVE THEIR OWN IDENTIFICATION (QR Code). To ensure this, you need to send an invitation to all your partners for whom you have made a booking.

You can do so before or after confirming your bookings:

  • Click on BOOKINGS.
  • If you have a booking for guests, you will see a button INVITE YOUR GUESTS - click on it.
  • On the INVITATION sub-page, you can see how many guests can still be invited for that booking and who you have already invited.
  • All you need to do is enter the FAMILY NAME, the FIRST NAME and the E-MAIL ADDRESS of the guest you want to invite, then click on the ADD YOUR GUEST TO THE GUESTLIST
  • If you have already invited guests, their details will be added to your ADDRESS BOOK so the next time you can select them by clicking on the ADDRESS BOOK button without having to re-enter their details.
  • When you have finished adding the guests for that date, click on the CLOSE button to return to your bookings. Here you will see the names of the people you want to invite for that date. If you click on the INVITE YOUR GUESTS button again, you can modify (delete) the guests you have previously entered, or add new guests if there are still places available.
  • If you have already confirmed your booking (i.e. the booking is marked as PAID), you can send out an invitation to your guests. If you have added guests to an active booking, you will see the INVITE YOUR GUESTS button next to the date. Click on this button to initiate notification of your guests (sending an invitation by e-mail).
  • By default, the invitation to your guests includes the following: sender of the invitation, the address of HOM12, the date of the booking, the subject of the booking (desk, presence, event or meeting room). In addition, the invited guest, if they have not registered with us before, will receive a temporary password to log in to our site and review the bookings that concern them, and will be able to access the QR code to be presented upon their arrival.
  • On this page, you will also have the option to include additional information in the notification for the invited guest. You can also change the subject or the content of the e-mail (e.g. the subject of the meeting, work or presentation you are planning, etc.).
  • After adding the optional information or leaving the notification as is, click on the SEND INVITATION button, and our system will send the invitations to the guests.

 

6 How to cancel a booking?

If you have booked a date but you are unable to come, you can cancel your booking at any time up to one day prior to your visit. To do so, in the BOOKING menu just click on the small trash can icon next to the booking you want to cancel. (If you can no longer cancel the booking, the trash can icon will not appear.)

If you have cancelled a booking already paid for, the price of the booking will be credited to your VIRTUAL ACCOUNT and you can then transfer it back to your bank account if you wish. You can check the balance of your VIRTUAL ACCOUNT by clicking on the BALANCE OF YOUR VIRTUAL ACCOUNT menu item in your ACCOUNT.

If you have funds on your virtual account, the next time you make a booking, the required amount will be automatically deducted from your virtual account up to the available funds.
